Management Team

Ms. Hughes earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, and is admitted to practice law in the states of Ohio and Florida. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Louisville.

During her career at LMI, Ms. Hughes also served as a Project Manager. In this role, Ms. Hughes focused on exceeding client requirements and needs, while successfully managing multiple concurrent projects. In her current position, Ms. Hughes continues to maintain and develop strong client relationships to ensure expectations are being met, and works to promote and enhance LMI’s reputation.

Ms. Hughes is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI), American Bar Association (ABA) and Asian American Bar Association of Ohio.
