Management Team

Ms. Seibyl holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Ursuline College and graduated summa cum laude. She also holds a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Prior to joining LMI in October 2003, Ms. Seibyl was the Director of Human Resources for University Hospitals Health System Bedford Medical Center. During her career at LMI she has grown and developed the Human Resources Department to support the changing operational and human resource needs.

Ms. Seibyl is a member of both the National and Cleveland Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the American Society for Training and Development, and the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network.
