Management Team

Ms. Semanski holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University, and earned her Masters Certificate in Six Sigma from Villanova University. Prior to joining LMI in September of 2007, Ms. Semanski managed the operations, resources and workflow activities for an inbound 300-seat call center providing customer service, billing and technical support for Time Warner Cable.

In her current position as Vice President of Operations with LMI, Ms. Semanski’s responsibilities include project start-up, analysis and reporting.  Several LMI departments’ staff report into Ms. Semanski.  Because of her extensive operations background and her black belt in Six Sigma, Ms. Semanski assists with process improvement and project management across all departments throughout the company.

Ms. Semanski also volunteers and is very active in her local high school’s PTA and Athletic Boosters organization.
